Adyson graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with her Bachelor's degree in dietetics in 2017. She then attended graduate school at Texas Women's University, where she earned her Masters of Science in Nutrition. When she got pregnant with her precious baby girl, she realized a new passion for helping other women with prenatal nutrition. Adyson is currently an adjunct professor at Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth. Her specialties are functional nutrition, gestational diabetes, fertility, PCOS and hormonal imbalance.

Chandler received her degree from TCU and became a dietitian in 2018. She has experience working in a wellness center, acute care/inpatient, and outpatient settings. She enjoys working with a number of clinical conditions, but recently has found a passion for exploring the link between the microbiome, gut health, diabetes, and PCOS.

Mereen received her Masters of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman's University in Houston, while gaining healthcare experience working in clinical research at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She has gained a ton of experience working as a nutrition educator, a cooking instructor, a Clinical Dietitian with Memorial Hermann Hospital, and a Retail Dietitian for H-E-B Grocery. She merges her love for food and nutrition when providing nutrition counseling to her clients. She specializes in diabetes, heart health, healthy weight management, intuitive/mindful eating, recipe guidance and more.

Nicaela completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University. She did her dietetic internship through Texas Health Dallas and became a licensed dietitian in 2019. Nicaela's passion is to help her clients develop a healthy relationship with food while working to prevent and manage chronic diseases down the road.

Shelby got her Bachelor's in Nutritional Sciences and Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2013. She went on to UT Southwestern Medical Center to complete her Master's degree and became a dietitian in 2017. She has a wealth of experience with diabetes, heart health, bariatrics, disordered eating patterns, and eating disorders.
